Seedling Availability and Substitutions

Bare-root seedlings are generally available from January through April and containerized seedlings are generally available in early March. Most species are plentiful at the beginning of the season, but we cannot guarantee availability through the entire season. All orders are on a first-come, first-served basis.

If ordering after February 1, it is advisable to call to determine species availability. If you will accept a substitution, note the preferred species in the space provided on the order form. Do not mark “No Substitutions” when ordering after February 1, as some species will be sold out, and your order will be delayed.
