Orders Picked Up

by Purchaser Orders may be picked up at the Forest Regeneration Center (FRC) in Goldsby, OK on FRIDAYS ONLY.   The FRC is located four miles south of Norman.  For a map of our location click here.  

You will be notified of the date by post card or email about one week in advance. A package of 200 seedlings fits easily in the trunk of a small car. If you cannot pick up your seedlings on the date specified, please contact us at 405/288-2385 to make alternate arrangements. If other arrangements are not made they will be shipped freight collect. If you change your order from a “Pick-Up” to a “Ship” order, you will be billed the price difference in advance. 

Orders Shipped to Purchaser

Orders are shipped via UPS. Please be sure to complete the shipping directions portion of the order form. The preferred month of delivery cannot be guaranteed because of weather conditions and other factors, but we will make every effort to deliver your order during the time period specified. If your planting dates can be flexible, we encourage you to select “Whenever seedlings are available” on the form.

A post card or email is sent to you when your seedlings are shipped. If you do not receive your order within seven days, call the FRC. If you are ordering containerized seedlings we encourage you to pick up your order at the FRC if possible because of shipping and handling difficulties associated with these seedlings.
