    • No New Activity Reported

** - These statistics are from Fire Departments that have recorded their information on the Oklahoma, Forestry Services web-based Fire Reporting System.  Totals do not reflect the total acres burned or total number of fires that have occurred in Oklahoma.

Statewide Discussion:  Rain continues in southeast Oklahoma this morning with rain chances continuing through the end of the week across the state with best chances remaining southeast.  No significant fire activity is expected today; however fire activity limited to the Panhandle and extreme northwest Oklahoma cannot be ruled out.  Relative humidity values across the Panhandle will briefly approach 20% (around 25% in northwest Oklahoma) this afternoon resulting in dry and receptive fuels.  Northeast winds around 10 mph in this area will limit rates of fire spread.

Harper County has issued a county burn ban.  For the most current information on Burn Bans click on the following link: http://www.forestry.ok.gov/burn-ban-information
