Statewide Discussion:  Rain continues in southeast Oklahoma this morning with rain chances continuing through the end of the week across the state with best chances remaining southeast.  No significant fire activity is expected today; however fire activity limited to the Panhandle and extreme northwest Oklahoma cannot be ruled out.  Relative humidity values across the Panhandle will briefly approach 20% (around 25% in northwest Oklahoma) this afternoon resulting in dry and receptive fuels.  Northeast winds around 10 mph in this area will limit rates of fire spread.
