Statewide Discussion:

No fire control issues are anticipated in Oklahoma today. Wetting rains covered much of the state Friday and Saturday with area coverage of around 0.3 inches and a large section of western and central Oklahoma receiving around 2 inches.

Another cold front pushing through Oklahoma mid-week will cool temperatures again and bring with it a decent chance of some more rain with a pretty wide coverage area.

Remember… ONLY YOU can prevent wildfires! Enjoy Oklahoma’s wildlands responsibly.

Report any suspicious wildland fire activity on the Arson Tip Line: 1-866-662-7766 (1-866-NO ARSON).
