Statewide Discussion: No fire assistance requests were received for yesterday.

Majority of Oklahoma received beneficial rainfall yesterday diminishing the fire danger for today. The cold-front will continue to move East across the state bringing much needed rain. Cooler temperatures are expected to range from 65 – 79 degrees. Relative humidity will increase along the frontal boundary ranging from 60 to 70 percent. Wind speed and direction will be primarily from the North ranging from 6 – 10 mph with gust up to 18 mph.

Weekend Outlook:
Saturday: Fire Danger will remain low throughout the state. The temperature will range from 69-77degrees and relative humidity will be in the 60% range. Expect wind direction to erratic as the end of the cold-front passes through your area. The winds will change from North working clockwise to the West. The wind speed will be 4 to 10 mph.

Sunday: Fire Danger will be moderate throughout the state. The temperature will range from 77-85 degrees and relative humidity will range from 38- 63 percent. Winds will be South 3 to 11 mph.
