A cold front will cross Oklahoma today with very strong winds following the frontal passage. North-northwest winds sustained from 25-35 with gusts near and above 50 mph are possible. Fire danger will be mitigated by the high relative humidity readings which are expected to range from 40-50% this afternoon following the frontal passage.
SPECIAL NOTE TO THE PUBLIC: Outdoor burning is not advised today due to very strong winds that will be experienced throughout the day.
