Statewide Discussion: No requests for State assistance or reports of unusual fire activity were received during the reporting period. Some rainfall is occurring over parts of northwest Oklahoma this morning. Fire danger will be mitigated today in those areas receiving moisture.

Fire danger will be highest today in the Oklahoma Panhandle in Texas and Cimarron counties. The relative humidity is expected to drop into the mid- to upper teens with southwest winds from 15-20 mph with higher gusts. Temperatures are forecast to reach into the 80s.
