Statewide Discussion: No reports of unusual fire activity or requests for State assistance were received yesterday. A large portion of northwest Oklahoma received beneficial rainfall overnight. The rain continues to fall over a large portion of Oklahoma at the time of this report. The moisture will continue to improve the condition of heavy wildland fuels.
No fire control problems are anticipated today or through the weekend anywhere in Oklahoma.
