Statewide Discussion:

Critical fire weather conditions will be present across Oklahoma today. A Red Flag Warning is in effect from Noon through 6:00 PM for much of Oklahoma.

Southwest winds at 15-25 mph gusting to near 35 mph combined with afternoon relative humidity values of 12-25% and temperatures in the mid-60°’s to mid-70°’s will promote rapid rates of spread in dormant fuels.

Remember… ONLY YOU can prevent wildfires! Enjoy Oklahoma’s wildlands responsibly.

Report any suspicious wildland fire activity on the Arson Tip Line: 1-866-662-7766 (1-866-NO ARSON).
