Statewide Discussion:  Beneficial rains fell across a large part of Oklahoma yesterday evening and throughout the nighttime hours.  Rain is on-going in many areas of the State which will continue to advance Spring green-up and further reduce fire danger for the next several weeks.  No reports of unusual fire activity or requests for State assistance were received yesterday.

Fire control problems are not anticipated anywhere in Oklahoma today.

No County Burn Bans are currently in effect.  Click on the link listed below for the latest and most current Burn Ban information:  http://www.forestry.ok.gov/burn-ban-information
